I've always wanted a set of Calphalon, and the price on this item was so good, I thought I'd get started on my set. This is a perfect size for cooking for two. The pan heats evenly, cooks evenly, is easy to clean. I can't wait to get some more!

I had always heard how great Calphalon was, but could never get myself to spend so much money on one pot or pan! When I saw this great deal I could not pass it up. It is amazing how much more evenly and quickly everything cooks in this saucepan compared to my old collection! I have purchased a few more pieces since and am equally impressed with their performace. I'm sticking with the either the commercial or professional hard-anodized line of Calphalon from now on!

By taking advantage of Calphalon's specials and Collector's Edition reduced price items I have been able to build up my cookware "set". When this pan came out at very reduced prices I could not resist it although I already owned the 2 1/2 qt. regular sauce pan.It turns out that this pan is perfect for making 7-8 eggs fritattas. You can start it on the stove, covered and then take the lid off and finish it under the broiler. As long as you follow Calphalon's recommendations (avoid chilled food, warm the fat, etc.) the fritatta will not stick and will come out looking tall, dark and handsome...

When I saw this item clearanced I bought it and the 1 quart immediately. I have always wanted Calphalon but couldnot justify $100 for a pan. I have now bought every pot and pan on clearance and saved about $400. This is the best cookware I have ever used. Just don't get your non-stick mixed up with the hard-anodized. You will fall in love!!!

This is the first Calphalon pan I have ever purchased. I had heard that they were great pans, but I couldn't afford to buy them from the retail stores. When I saw this great deal, I had to try it out. I am so glad that I did. This pan heats up quickly, cooks evenly, is scratch-resistant, and cleans up beautifully. I have returned to this site to purchase a few other Calphalon pans and will soon be completing my collection. My old pans (some well-known name brands) will be donated to Goodwill!
