Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Bundled with a Wii Remote, Wii Play offers a little something for everyone who enjoyed the pick-up-and-play gaming of Wii Sports. Whether you pick up the Wii Remote to play the shooting gallery that harkens back to the days of Duck Hunt or use it to find matching Miis, a world of fun is in your hands. In addition to the shooting gallery and Mii-matching game, Wii play offers billiards, air hockey, tank battles, table tennis rally, Mii poses and a cow-riding race.

2 out of 5 stars Ok for the $10 over the remote price   November 23, 2008
The games initially have to be played in sequence to "unlock" them all. An adult with competent game play skills can do it in maybe 30 minutes.

The games are ok, short but ok. They are almost like teaser games for something larger. My kid enjoys them and that is all that mattered to me, it is her Wii.
What I bought was a used version of the product for about a $12 savings and the remote I got from my seller was broken.

4 out of 5 stars Wii Sport is more fun   November 19, 2008
I like the games that it comes with for the price. BUT, I think that Wii Sport's games are more fun.

5 out of 5 stars Wii Play: Great Combo Deal   November 17, 2008
What's nice about Wii Play is that it's a combo package: one Wii Remote and the actual Wii Play game.

The game is intended for practice to get used to the Wiimote. Although some games don't make sense (Pose Mii game, in which you have to line up your Mii in falling bubbles), most are very fun. In my opinion, the Shooting Range and Tanks are the best of the mini games.

If you're going to buy another Wiimote anyway, pick up the Wii Play package; it'll add a little more fun to your console.

4 out of 5 stars Best (and last) Really Good Deal   November 13, 2008
The games that come bundled with the remote are fun and really help with your control of the remote. That aside, the fact that the game comes bundled with a remote for just $10 more makes it the best deal I have seen for ANYTHING with the Wii.

3 out of 5 stars It's Okay!   November 3, 2008
I will say this, the game is worth purchasing to get the other controller for about $10.00. Other than that, the games are Okay! I'm sure the games are great for small children, but for us old grown-ups, the games are quite boring! I like these games better than the ones on Game Party, but cannot say too much more! Again, for the controller and to have another game for your Wii, just in case young children come to your house, it's worth the purchase.
